RBL Bank — misbehaviour | |||||
Ratnakar bank ltd. Initially a money lander then nbfc and today a successful banking license holder from rbi. But could not changed its basic instinct of money lander. Today on 09.09.2017 i got a call from so called customer care a laughable word in respect of rbl for claiming an amount of 5, 000/- for use of credit card. I hereby in my full-conscious state of mind declare that i have neither used this amount nor i am customer of this bank having money lander mindset and nor ever refused to pay legal and actual amount due. Actually last year a credit card with a credit limit of rs 1, 00, 000/- was offered to me and i accepted the same considering a good credit limit but fraudulently i was provided only rs 34, 000/- credit limit. Reluctantly i used its rs 12, 000/- and before 4 days of its due date handed over a cheque of rs. 12, 000/- at its chandni chowk branch but as i have already said that this bank is having a never going tendency of money lander, it delayed the clearance of the cheque intentionally and imposed some charges in the name o f late payment, penalty, taxes and so on, for the same i registered my protest through a telephone call to customer care and since the intention was dishonest no attention was paid towards the same. After 2-3 weeks the services of credit card was terminated. Now after a lapse of 7 months all of the sudden a call with offending language comes and tries to threat me with dire consequences, this kind o[censored]nparliamentary language by a female tele-caller is quite sufficient to show this basic instinct of money lander and no respect towards wordings of the hon' ble supreme court of india in terms of recovery of any monetary claim. Today i am so much hurt with this kind of behavior of that lady with a man of high morals and self respect. I request, please take a stricter action against that lady or tender an unconditional apology with in 10 days with in 10 days of receipt of this complaint otherwise i am determined to take legal action against that lady acting in the capacity of agent of rbl as well as rbl. i am receiving call from your credit card department to make credit card.
Am not interested at all .. that i am conveying to then from past 3 month .
Daily am receiving 9-10 calls from them . Its too frustrating.
