RBL Bank — money deducted from my credit card but still not reflected in beneficiary account

Hi,
I i had done a payment from my credit card to my bank account but money still not credited in my account.
Money already aborted by system as attached screenshot.
I had already mailed and called several times but no one answered yet.
My case id : 05025798
Can a get urgent response on this or i have to go to conusmer court now for the solution.
