RBL Bank — my credit card not received still...

Hello rbl,
My name is beesamolla pavan kumar
On 20th of this month my credit card application was successfully approved
But still i didnt received the card, when i checked the status it showing that
Credit upsell, and also when i call to customer care number no one responding and not connecting to the right person
Please help me regarding this.
