RBL Bank — no reply for positive resolution is received - abnormal charges charged on credit card - at the rate 50% per annum

I do not understanding the system of your customer oriented bank - one side you are punishing the small customers by charging abnormal finance charges which are out of the banking norms - the charges you are charging at the rate of 50 to 60% per annum, - how it is justified why your great customer oriented bank for small customers who are regular customer your bank - and by justifying and replying that it is our own policy to cheat the small customers which rbi also can not interfere to prevent to cheat the small customers - it is also surprising to note that you have stopped to send the sms for utilization of transaction of credit card - how the small customer can justify that it is right or wrong - really i do not understand the great organisation of the bank and cheating policy to small customers who are earning by very hard work - kindly once again i request you to look into the matter and justify your policy and stop to cheat the small customers - ramesh patel [protected] no actions are initiated - no positive reply is recd. - surprised to note that no actions are initiated - till date it is not resolved - surprise to note that abnormal charges you have charged to my my card ending 9931 - reverse the same immly - and credit the same immly.
