RBL Bank — No response from RBL bank credit card team for closing the card permanently | |
From June-2020 onwards I am chasing the RBL bank team to close my card permanently but there is no response till date. I was continuously paying the minimum due amount every month but I never verified the split up of charges given. I observed Finance Charges are applied every month for more than 1500 .by which I have actually paid them more than what I have used. Now I am not working and not in a situation to pay any amount. Kindly assist as their team is very irresponsible as from June 2020 till date they have not replied to my emails.
