RBL Bank — no response on customer care number

I yogender yadav mobile no. [protected] have a rbl bank credit card. I called
So many times on customer care no. But after a long process the call put on
Hold for a long period. I want to know about my credit card detail. How a preferred private bank can do such kind of ignorance to customer. Please call
Me back asap. I want to know my first transaction reward points for 4000 points and want to redeem. My statement shows only 257 points. Where are my 4000 points. I could not received statement on mail or hard copy. Please resolve above said problem asap.
