RBL Bank — Noc not generated still after 21 days

I am writing this letter to request you to kindly provide a NOC for the same for the total amount due Rs. 73314.06. For my credit card number xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-8146. Finel settlement amount was offered 15500.
Which i have already paid.

I have attached all the account details with the letter. I would request you to issue me a NOC for my loan completion at the earliest.
