RBL Bank — not received card but receiving bills

I am receiving credit card bills from past 5 months. Now my due amount is above rupees 6000. Its is not even six minths since i had got a call to apply for it.. The problem is i have not received the card in hand nor pin is generated. I am so much depressed with the mail and messages of due bills that i feel like committing suicide. How can they issue card without enquiring whether i am working or not and how much i am earning. I am not finding solution for this issue. Please help Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I had been to the office last month, rbl bank sent me to bajaj finance office.. now I am confused is it bajaj finance or rbl bank... On what basis they are generating statements when the card is not activated even once and pin is not generated. I can only view digital card. What should be done with such problems. Please help. I do not have patience to see the false due bills anymore.

I applied rbl bank credit card. And when a call come for application verification they confused me and issued rbl bank shield insurance payment get from credit card.

I want cancel my r shield insurance. But no response received from rbl bank customer care
