RBL Bank — Over additional charges

Dear sir,
I am a RBL credit card user. i would like to bring to your notice that RBL Credit card is looting the people, because of their torture how may left this world and how may lost their lifes. After payment of monthly credit card bill they are charging additional charges without prior notice. since 5yrs am trying to close this credit card, because of their hidden charges am not able to close this card. From the outstanding amount i missed to pay 1352 rs for that Rbl has charged 3052 RS + 549 Gst (This amount is very high). This is not the first time this happened. My concerned is all about they should inform the customer prior about the additonal charges that are going to apply. so that the consumer can pay the amount wiithin the due date. as you know that how hard to earn money in these days. In addition to that they are taking all our personnal informaton while registration including our contacts. but when raising our customer complaints they are not sharing their employee ID.
