RBL Bank — Person Deceased still charging interest for the credit card | |||
Hi Team, My father passed away in Covid wave 2. Since he is no more would like to close the subscription and expecting the refund of Rs.8000 which has been charged for the card. As there is no earning person in the family. Would like to close/cancel the credit card with zero charges and more important after receiving the card and since after a week he's expired. Note: he hasn't used the card since so would expect refund a must. I think you will understand my situation and take the action. Please show us mercy as it is nature of human kind/humanity. Many times we have reported the issue to RBL Support it's been a month father expired but the support looks to be not caring. Please show us some mercy
