RBL Bank — personal loan emi | |||
I have taken pl of 3 lakhs. Rbl bank has credit rs. 2.89 lakhs after deduction of processing fee & loan cover amount. Executive komal mailed me of emi 10541 monthly but i have received alert to activate esc of 15812. I called komal for schedule & emi then she told me to call customer care. I have lodged a complaint regarding non conversion of a transaction in emi. Due to which I got higher bill. The complaint remains unresolved since 45 days. Customer care number is busy 24 *.7. No response from support team.
