Dear Sir/Madam,
I got discharged from hospital in May 2021 and while I was in bed, someone from RBL called me and offered me a personal loan of Rs.75000/- on my existing credit card.
As I was in a financial crisis, I felt it was helpful and took the loan. Since then I have been repaying the loan (EMI) regularly on time (one day here and there), though I lost my job in this Pandemic.
This month (November 2021) I paid my EMI on 5th Nov'21 through Paytm and I received the confirmation message from RBL bank. I have the receipts for the same.
But since Saturday, I have received at least 100- calls from RBL claiming that I haven't paid the EMI of this month. And literally they are asking the same question and disturbing me very badly.
I would like to bring to your notice that I have given them my receipts of payment and message screenshot too. Despite that they didn't stop calling me, this is causing a lot of psychological trauma to me and I suffer a great deal.
I want to understand from you that is this the way you torture people, whose payment record is good to you.
While typing this email, I am still receiving calls which is an excruciating pain to my brain and heart, if anything happens to me I will make RBL as responsible for this.
One side I am searching for jobs and trying hard to make my life and in this crucial juncture these types of calls cause me big trouble. I am making RBL responsible for the loss I am incurring (losing interviews, and unable to concentrate due to these number of calls)
