First they said i'm getting an offer on taking a loan from them, (Which had too many other issues) they are giving me a free platinum supercard. After i agreed and got the card the next caller told me that first year is free and 2nd is payable.
After i made few purchases i see an additional of rs 600 charged in my account for some cc security charges which i never agreed upon. I tried sending few mails to get a clarification on the charges, but apart from the automated reply you never get any response back from them. I tried calling their customer care which is just an ivr system and does not have any option to check false payments clarifications. Now there is no way you can speak to a live agent and get your queries clarified.
I want to close my cc now and now there is no option to do so and apart from sending monthly bills there is no customer care support for this bank.
As per my advice do not respond or take any of their services. The only time they call is to give the cc and no response once you receive it. Was this information helpful? |
