RBL Bank — R Shield insurance cancellation RBL BANK... | |||
My card was debited with 21000 for R shield insurance on 02/12/2020. I don’t want this insurance. As a customer I have the right to call it off before one month from starting date. Please close this insurance and revert the 21000/-. I already go through the customer care they raised a request for closure today I received a message “We regret to inform that we could not process your Request [23214226] for "Insurance" on your RBL Bank Credit Card [XXXXXXXXXXX7341].” So i am requesting you again with this portal to close my insurance ASAP.
