I am a pension account holder of sbi - kathriguppe, bangalore and my account no. Is [protected]. On 22.06.2017 i swiped my debit card in a rbl pos [ lakshmi enterprises] for flight ticket booking for rs 11835/-. The transaction/ card was "declined". Chargeslip was not printed as the transaction has not happend or declined. To my surprise my account in sbi on 22.06.2017 was debited with rs. 11835/- (Ref: othpos002839). The beneficiary's account has not been credited. The beneficiery confirmed that he has not received the money.
It has already taken more than 85 days still the concerned partys washing their hands by sending e mails to their higher authorities and the reply is "the matter has been taken and will be resolved in 46 days", but there is no logical end. The matter was referred to banking ombudsman by the sbi
