RBL Bank — RBL against recovery agents

Why moratorium has been provided by rbi? And why you people are not listening to them? See the attached screenshots, there are more than 50 numbers that i have added to the block list. I know there are outstanding on my credit card and i know when is the last date of moratorium and i know when to pay a it. You people cannot call me more than 50 times in a day and cannot force me to make the payment during moratorium people. People are calling from your team and using abusive language. Why?

I am using other bank cards as well and they have never called me to make the payment and i have enrolled those card to the moratorium than you why your bank is leaving a bad impression to the customer?

Did i miss the payment earlier? Did i asked you to reduce my credit limit suddenly from 50000 to 12000rs? Even if you have reduced it you should have the patience to wait till august 31st.

I need strict action on these numbers and also need a proof of the action you are potentially taking.
