Hi,

This is rajkumar, this is regarding my rbl bank credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]

My father is in hospital suffering from kidney disease and many other diabetic complications, i had spend so much money for his hospitalization and mean while i lost job, in this scenario i failed to do the credit card payments,

I had requested rbl bank customer care people on phone and sent multiple emails to convert the total outstanding into emi so that i can pay the dues, but they never accepted but i started getting threatening calls from recovery agents and sms/ whatsapp messages with abusive language... I call calls even at night and at least 30 calls per day, they are harassing and threatening,

Now with not having any job i am not in a stage to pay the outstanding but we do want to settle this in a fair manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side, please send me the settlement letter
