RBL Bank — rbl bank credit card wants to blocked as not received yet but getting bill statement mails

Hi

I have applied to rbl credit card but didn't get the card in hand.
And i am getting bill generation statement mail on every month.
As i don't receive any card then how could i pay a bills.
Right i want to cancelled/block my card.
I have reached several times to rbl customer care but no one responds.
I am frustrated due to calls, message & billing statement mail from rbl.

Moral: wants to block this card
