RBL Bank — rbl bank credit card - worst service

My name is santoshi. I have raised several requests to rbl bank to close my credit card. I haven't received the card to my address and unnecessarily they are charging amount from me. During last 3 months i have raised several requests but till now it was not closed.

Please let me know how to take action on rbl bank. Can i raise a complaint on rbl bank in consumers forum?

My card is ending with - 1501.
