I have RBL Bank Credit card and I activated R Shield last year and now I don't need it. So I tried to contact them to cancel it and they are refusing to cancel it saying my email id is different. I use the same gmail id and just because a dot is missing from my gmail id, they refuse to cancel auto renewal. I tried to call all the customer care numbers they gave and all of them are just IVR numbers, I am not able to reach any human personnel who can stop auto renewal on my card. I even changed the email id on the app and still they are not processing my request.
They are fraudulently keeping me away to charge me for 1 more year. I don't want to be treated like this by a fraud company. I gave them my phone number to call, they refused and every time I contact them all I get are messages to contact same email id and phone numbers, it goes in circles. I'm already tight on cash and abusing customers like this should stop. Was this information helpful? |
