A COLLECTION AGENT FROM RBL BANK, TNAGAR went to my home for collection.. For your info, my case is already with Settlement and I have communicated to Nodal Officer also. THEN WHY RBI rules. Sir?

Even after severacl complaints to RBL Bank Grievence Cell, NO, CNO, PNO tne Collection agents are behaving like gundas and threatening. This is todays call log for me and its utmost untolelarable irrtitated.
