Even though multiple cancellation requests have been placed to close RBL super card (xx65), team has been misguiding me in the cancellation process. Their representative called me after the placement of cancellation saying now your card is blocked but not seems so and not getting cancelled card confirmation mail. In addition i have received mail for reissuing of new credit card, which i have not requested . Kindly take necessary immediate action on this issue.
There is no due pending on the card before raising cancellation request.
