RBL Bank — rbl credit card not received

Dear team,

I had apply for the rbl credit card till not i haven't received. Confirmation mail was send 20 days before that will delivered within 7 working days and 2 days before received the confirmation about the pin number.

Till now not received the credit card. Below is the mail send by credit card team

The attachment is password protected for the security of the document. You will need adobe acrobat or any other pdf reader to open the attachment.

Steps for opening the attachment are given below:

Double click on the attachment provided with this mail.
You will be prompted for your password. The password is your date of birth in ddmmyyyy format. For add on cards the password will be the date of birth of the primary card holder in ddmmyyyy format. For example, if the primary card holder date of birth is 23rd december[protected], then the password will be 23121976.
