Complaint regarding bajaj rbl credit card

Due to this covid 19 pandemic it is very difficult to pay for the loan amount or minimum due, but the agents keep calling every second of the day even after explaining to them to give me some days. Very disappointing and no understanding behavior. Moratorium also is not getting approved.

Also when i try to pay with my hdfc credit card there is no option to pay with the same as that is the only option with me if they want to money at the moment. Very unethical way of speaking by the agents. Mental torture.

If you see my records before pandemic i have been paying minimum due amount every month

Will try my level best to clear the entire amount in coming months time and never use the card again. Even the other banks quitely charge interest and not harass like this. Please do not get this card.

RBL bank recovery agent are worst. They dont let us work for a minute. Continously they keep calling. They only care about their commission. Now they doing message on whats app and they talk very rudely. They think themselves as a bank. They think they had bought us so they can talk to us the way they want.

I am experiencing torture from RBL collection executives. If we don't do the payment there will be some priorities or under some problem . By keep on calling I am getting irritated and not able to work peacefully. If Only I work properly I will be able to do the payment. One more thing to highlight is collection executive don't have any rights to torture people. We will not run away with your money.

Check how frequently they are torturing us.We will not run away with your money.
