Your executive misguide me in repayment as he told me I have Paid Full amount as per discussion with him. I have been continuously following up with that person for the last 3 months but he is not responding now. He blocked my calls and whatsapp.
There were no mistakes from my side. I am attaching here a screenshot. If that person does not belong to your team, how did he settle my cash loan? Then, how can I come to know that the person is no longer authorized to deal on behalf of RBL. That's your internal policies issue. Why will I as a customer need to suffer?
