I was using RBL Bank World Prime card and I got a call from RBL employee stating there is a card upgrade offer available with annual fees of INR 5000.
I was told that i need to pay annual fees for existing card which is matured already( it has time till August), if I opt for card upgrade I would be able to get my annual fees in the form reward points. I am convinced with it and have opted for the card upgrade, later I have realised the information provided by the RBL employee was not correct and the call get disconnected.
I reached out customer care and informed I was convinced with fake commitment and hold my card being upgraded, one other employee advised that send an email to downgrade the card as they don't have authority to stop my card being upgraded.
I sent an email as they advised now RBL Bank charged fees for the card which I am using already.
I have escalated this to their head card service department but no use of it still chasing for the reply and and I have asked them to let me know the disciplinary action taken against that employee fo his fraudulent activity.
NO ONE CARES ABOUT THIS AND I STOPPED MAKING PAYMENT TO RBL AND GETTING IRRITATING CALLS FROM THEIR AGENCY. Was this information helpful? |
