RBL Bank — recovery agent harassing for recovery of loan

I have been getting call from mobile no:[protected], the call is regarding recovery of loan amount which i have not take. My no was mentioned in the reference no of the borrower. I have not signed any document or have not given any confirmation at the time of giving loan.. but still the bank is calling me 100 times and mentally harassing and using abusive language. Kindly look into the matter as iam not responsible or any such loans and nor im the witness. They are continuously calling up my family members. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 24, 2019 Updated by Snithika Kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis or else i will raise the same to RBI, as no recovery agent have authority to call in office premises of the referral or they do not have any authority to take any information regarding the same. The recover agent is also calling up all the random people from my friend list in inquiring about me.
