RBL Bank — Reg: Credit Card dispatch with reference #38882352

Hi, This is to complain that my RBL MONEYTAP CREDITCARD has expired and on dec 2021 and i raised a complaint to RBL CC customer service that why is my card is not dispatched with renewed card. For that the response was that they dont have any details and so they took as complaint for redispatch of card this was around 15th Nov 2021. I was waiting for the time period of 10 working day period for which the card was suppose to dispatched. I waited and waited no response from RBL on dispatching the renewed card. Later on Nov 30, 2021 I again called the RBL customer care, They suggested for upgradation of existing Moneytap to Moneytap Gold card (Which costed me around 3000+GST as joining /annual fee), So that I can get the card sooner. Even after upgradation, Then informed in 3-4 working days your card will be dispatched. Even then the card was not dispatched but new card started to showup on my RBL mobile app and the Joining fee was also billed. This where i got shocked . Without dispatching the card how can the fee can be charged. Again i called on Dec 1, 2021 to RBL customer care and asked about the status of the dispatch. They replied the card is dispatched, AWB will be shared in 1-2 working days. So i was waiting for the message of the dispatch details . ON Dec 6th, 2021 I received an SMS from RBLCRD, That the card has been dispatched on 4th Dec 2021. Since the day was 6th Dec but dispatch was on 4th Dec . I was trying to check, where the Package was . I came to know that the package was returned back Due to the following Reason : "We regret to inform you that the shipment against AWB number[protected] has been returned due to a Non-serviceable zone for our courier company. We request you to please contact the merchant (RBLBANK) for further assistance." So I contacted again the RBL customer care, For the reason of Issue for return. They told me the following answer: " As the person was not there in respective address to receive the card, The card was returned back" Which utterly wrong and False. Which is why, before I called the RBL Bank, I sent mail to the courier partner and had a return mail stating that " The delivery was not even reached My Place "chennai" but due to Not serviceable zone they returned . " .After all this details Then the RBL person replied " Sorry for the inconvenience, I will redispatch the card. Then I asked "when will it be re-dispatched". She replied after 10 working days. I was shocked. This was on Dec 7th 2021. I waited and waited Now its Dec 26, 2021, still no response from any RBl Bank for redispatch. When ever I call Customer service their only answer is "please wait for 7-10 working day). There is no end for that 10 working day period. Even they say the joining fee cannot be cancelled also. They have even charged me the JOINING FEE and asking me Pay by Jan 4th 2022. or else penalty or fine will be charged on me for RBLBANK mistake, on Without re-dispatching the card. Its been 2Months No proper responses or efforts from RBL Bank end. So i have decided to raise complaint on RBLBank against cheating and fraudulent activity. And also going to take it to PRESS, NEWSPAPER and Facebook, tweeter etc. If Proper response is not given by 28th Dec, 2021. Take This as serious mater and issue and resolve this issue ASAP.
