Dear, [protected] I was using your card in a proper way and very well check my payment history and i was paying all the payments in a proper time and i'm not a bad customer. Last payment rs.23, 686/- has be paid one day delay since i was in traveling and i didn’t get proper network to make payment. And i clearly talk to your customer care service centre person several times. But till now i’m getting delay payment charges and interest charges, and i several times called your customer care centre executive to consider and reverse, But no one are able to do solve this issue and this situation they are asked me to send mail you to finalize, and my card is blocked status, Kindly do reverse the amount of rs.3493/- for one day delay payment.
