RBL Bank — regarding credit card charges

When i applied rbl credit card, rbl customer care people said it is free. The after the time of approval that girl said it is chargeable from 2nd year. But when i got the card and i read the details found it is chargeable. After that i mailed them with this mail id ([protected]@rblbank.com) several times, i did not get any resoponse. So i tried to contact the customer care but counld not able to. No idea what to do now.

Updated by Surendra Kumar Rout My Issue is not yet resolved. RBL customer support is not responding properly. I guess they are waiting for the month completion so that they can charge me for the card.

I just want to cancel it. They falsely committed me
