RBL Bank — regarding deactivation of my credit card

It is very unfortunate to tell u that it has been very very bad banking services from your bank. It has been more than one month thai i requested for closing my account with your bank. Since then i am getting so many messages for paying amount, here i am unable to understand why i have to pay this amount when am not using your services and already requested to close this account and also i am not getting any response from your customer services. Kindly look into this matter or else i ll take this to social media platform.
