RBL Bank — regarding kyc updation

Sir clear one thing that why i'm being harassed at rbl guidelines and policies. I'm a customer of your bank rbl branch jainpurwas. I had opened my account online from your portal. So i need to update my kyc regarding that. So i went at your branch rbl bhiwadi. I met to mr. Vivek solanki (Operations manager) bhiwadi branch. He upfrontly declined to update my account details. And replied that you should go to your home branch. So is it mandate to do that?. Please clear this issue as soon as posible
