RBL Bank — regarding payment collection
From lasts 3-4 days they are calling. I have told them in last month also that mode of payment is limited for the rbl card and sometimes it missed by mind also so please provide some easy way of payment. So they have done nothing on that now again they have started calling daily even after communicating the date of payment. On an above of that rbl tele caller of collection reminders dont take the communication what customer has done and they also miss behave in talking.
Time of call approx 14.30 pm on[protected].
Really i have seen first time such customer services are provided where service provider doesn't know how to behave with customer.
I have the recording of this person how he talk with the customer.
Really yes my payment get delayed but they are mentally harshing me.
