RBL Bank — request for settlement

Hi i have requested the settlement for my card and they have ask me to pay bill of 7000 and will process for settlement and it will be converted to 12 emi now its more than 20 days the settlement is not done and the person who is committed his not responding to call and now again i am getting msg from bank side for the payment and i am getting charge of interest i want to close this now as i dint want pay any interest witch i am charging

I am rbl card user I got the reward point for few trandaction Than I will redeem for mobile recharge but recharge is not done by the transation
