RBL Bank — Request for Waiver of Annual Charges and GST, and Cancellation of Credit Card

I have been holding your credit card for the past 6–7 years and have maintained it responsibly. Recently, I was charged annual fees along with GST. Due to my current financial situation, I am unable to bear these additional charges.

I have already requested for waiver of the annual charges and GST; however, I have been informed that payment is still required. I wish to clarify that I am ready to clear the outstanding due amount of Rs. 219/-.

I also request that my credit card be cancelled once this due amount is paid. Therefore, I kindly request you to waive the annual charges and GST, and proceed with cancellation of my credit card accordingly.
