RBL Bank — Request to Close Credit Card and Reverse Unfamiliar Charges, RBL Bank is charging me Rs.676.00.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that has been negatively impacting my CIBIL score. Despite my earlier request to close my credit card account(s) with a zero outstanding balance, I have recently noticed that unfamiliar charges are still being applied.

It appears that annual fees from RBL Bank is charging me Rs.676.00.are being added to the account, and interest is being levied on these charges. Please note that I have not used this card for any transactions and had explicitly requested that the account be closed long back. As such, these charges are incorrect and unwarranted.

I kindly request you to:

Clear all the annual fee and interest charges that have been wrongly applied.

Confirm closure of the card account with no outstanding balance.

Update the same with CIBIL to restore my credit score.

This matter has already caused unnecessary stress and is affecting my financial record. I would appreciate your urgent action and a written confirmation once the issue is resolved.
