RBL Bank — reversal of imps

I'm rbl customer and my registered mobile is [protected]. I had done imps to a wrong bob bank account holder on 28th december. I lodged complaint with goregoan branch who is still not able to resolve the issue. The amount is 12000 and i need some immediate attention to my issue.
I've been in constant touch with rubina from goregoan west branch who is trying het best to resolve the issue but no success

Updated by Brij Baria It's been a long time my issue stands unresolved, Rubina from Goregoan branch is trying het best to resolve the issue but no success. my 12000 is stuck between rbl and Bob bank for 40 days now and there seems to be no resolution. I appeal to rbl bank to look in my issue at a higher level of escalation as it's passed the normal time of tolerance or patience that I have
