[Resolved] RBL Bank — reward points debits without any reason - fraud bank | |||||
One of the Fraud banking RBL Bank. My Card rewards points debits without any intimation. Please see attached document for it. As i already told worst Customer care executives in this bank. They also wants to try manipulate customers. As today call, One of the executive named anam transferred my call from banking system to credit card department but same there call not go through any executive. I am completely disappointed with RBL Bank. Never suggest to anyone for taking card from RBL. Is the proper way of dealing customers? Was this information helpful? | |||||
