RBL Bank — reward points redeemed but product not received | |||
Hi, this is b. Raghavendra rbl credit card holder.. I am using ur credit card since 2 years.. I got rewards points about 28000 points.. I have redeemed my points with extra cash 2050/- for the product fossil watch on dt jan 17th 2019.. But till now i didnt got my parcel.. After several complaints via email and calls they didnt responded and they are simply sending the recorded emails... Was this information helpful? | |||
