A person called from rbl bank saying your card has been approved and started asking details about other banks like sa and salary account and register mobile number i asked him y. He stared telling your card has been canceled for 2 years and talking rudely his number [protected] Kindly give a reason why clients should not ask question if asked y so rudely to answer.
