RBL Bank — settlement fraud

My name is mohd mohtashim and i am the victim of rbl settlement fraud. I had 1 lakh rupees credited from rbl and i was unable to pay that amount so last year in october one of the rbl third partt agent called me and tild me that he will settle my anount in 75000 and i was agree with that and paid 75000 via portal to rbl bank but they never sent me any comfirmation e-mail and just after 2 month they again started to ask money as payment, i told them i already done settlement but they denied and now they are asking money even after i told them i paid money already and asking me money.
Please i am jobless i cannot pay any money and and i am the victim of false commitment and why would i pay when i already paid.
Rbl is so fraud that they are not listening to me onky thing they are doing is asking money and sending their agent again and again at my home. I cannot pay i dont have money and why would i pay when i already did. They are saying you will have to pay no matter what.
