Dear rbl bank, greetings of the day!!! I have received your mail i need to pay due after that you will release the noc. I want to inform you i am already inform the customer care in sep 2018 i want to close my titanium delight and money tap card please close it. After that i have not received any update from your side when i call you to reaching time to customer care will 1 hr i am select to option to block and inform them want to close card then not getting support i am inform them i lost my card.
Card no 8549 i think its money tap card when i am paid all amount of loan closure around 43000+ but have paid 44000+ after that inform the customer care i have paid amount please closed my both account will close your card within 1 week you will get call.
After that i have received the money tap statement my card was minus 30000 then next month 25000 next month 23000 and every month 1200 rupees 1000rupees 200rupees i have paid exceed amount my all dues i have paid till december my money pending in your bank 250rs and 180rs my extra money.
I have called around 7 to 8 time and share the concern every time my call transfer my call retention department and hold my call 1 hr i have never seen that kind of pathetic service in my life.
I am not getting call from retention department and your team but getting massage we are trying to reach you but not connect..
I have lots of complete register in your call center department still not getting any solution.
And right now i am getting statement my 7519 paid 853 rupees.
I demand to your bank pay me my exceed amount and pay the charges i am waist my 15 to 20 hrs to inform you close the account.
I am not pay any amount of card no 8549 and 7519.
And defiantly i will take legal action to your bank if i am not received my noc within 24hrs.

Please check that available limit is Rs. 913.29 whereas outstanding Total balance is Rs. 78886.71 against credit limit of Rs. 88200
Please clarify as I am unable to contact your Customer Care in charge
