RBL Bank — Termination of credit card

Dear sir/madam,
due to personal reasons, I am writing this letter to inform you that i need to cancel my credit card issued by your bank.I want to terminate the credit card from today.There are No dues on card.kindly cancel my credit card at the earliest.
already i make a complaint but no response from that end
