RBL Bank — threatening and harassment call by rbl bank recovery agents

A agent of rbl bank from last 4-5 days continously is calling me and my elder brother for unnecessary recovery of loan amount of some other person, where he crossed each and every limit and even he called in the office of my elder brother and used abusive language with the other office staff as well i request you to please take some action regarding this issue.

Please deactivate my rbl card as early as possible.
Dear team,

Already i paid all the due balance but my card showing still pending balance of some amount i can't pay that unauthorized amount so you give clear information regarding this query
