Hi,
May I know, for how many calls can I answer for your RBL WORKERS. Sorry I cant treat them as Bankers or Executives, because they are not in the profession. Calling continuously in the name of SERVICE CALL or COLLECTION AGENT.
Even when I answer several calls, I tell them.
I have been facing this problem since last year, one of your Asst managers assured me to stop several calls in the name of service calls. but it's still the same.
Now I am very much FRUSTRATED AND MENTALLY RESTLESS ONLY BECAUSE OF YOUR CALLS.
SO I APPROACH FOR COURT FOR MENTALLY TORTURING IN THE NAME OF SERVICE CALLS. SENDING SEVERAL SMS AND MAILS.
I became restless and stopped working and earning all because of these frustrations. I have submitted all proofs to my advocate to approach court these kind of mental tortures and made me MENTALLY RESTLESS.Telling that hereafter only my Advocate will talk with you.
For sample, I have attached screenshots of getting calls on 7th 8th (Till 1330 Hrs) of May 2022.
HOPE ATLEAST GRIEVANCE CELL MEMBERS OR RBL HAVE SENSE AND THINK HOW A PERSON CAN ANSWER THESE MANY CALLS.

Updated by baranidharan RBL COLLECTION TEAM TORTURED ME FOR PAST ONE YEAR, I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE BANK MANY TIMES, BUT STILL NO PROPER REPLY. I HAVE SUFFERED MORE BECAUSE OF THOSE CALLS. BECAUSE OF RBL I AM MENTALLY AFFECTED SEVERELY AND RESTLESS, NOW I AM NOT POSITION TO TAKE ANY CALLS BECAUSE OF RBL BANK COLLECTION TEAM. I NEED JUSTICE.

Updated by baranidharan RIGHT FROM YESTERDAY. ONE OF THE COLLECTION AGENT OF RBL TORTUING TO MENTAL ILLNESS AND RAISING MY BP. ALSO CROSSED LIMITS OF THEIR WORDINGS. THEY ARE TRYING TO TRIGGER ME WITH LADY[protected] WITH WORST ATTITUDE. BECAUSE OF THIS I CANNOT GO TO WORK AND UNABLE TO PROCEED MY DAILY LIFE.

Updated by baranidharan Just now (26th May 2022 07:55 am) a person came and askinng RBL Payment. But No ID Card, I have raised Complaints with PRINCIPALNODAL Officer (Grievance Third Level), in the mean time. I already got appointment With Kishore[protected] from RBL to meet with my Advocate. Now I am moving to police station for the tortures by RBL Bank.
Because of this tortures, i am panic and become restless and unable to proceed my regular work.

Updated by baranidharan Now I callled Kishore, Manager from TNagar who was in tourch since last week for this collection from this number[protected], he called me and refused that he didnt sent any person, But the person he came claiming as RBL WORKER callled sone number and asked to talk.
THE MOST WORST THING FROM RBL IS THAT PERSON TRHEATING THAT HE WILL COME AGAIN AND AGAIN.
I have raised THIRD LEVEL OF GRIEVANCE WITH RBL BANK.. What is happening?

Updated by baranidharan Today I spoke with Principal Nodal Officer of RBL BANK in[protected], asked me to wait for few days, so that investigation need to happen over my mails, and gave some hope on issues raised by me.
