RBL Bank — Unauthorized credit card annual charges after cancelled credit card

Sir/Madam,

I had given RBL Credit Crad cancellation request dated 11th May 2020, 6th Sept 2020 & 28th June 2021 (mail copy attached) but RBL Bank is not cancelled my credit and levy annual fee on my cancelled card amount of Rs.3, 000 plus tax which i informed to RBL customer care number and every time they said that system will update and not required to make any payment by you. But i have received continue email, SMS and phone call from collection agency who talked very roughly and misbehave with me. annual fee became Rs, 10, 000 from 3000 by adding late fee, interest charges & etc.

Again, i was complained to higher authority as well as nodal officer of the RBL Bank and nodal officer was clearly replied that i do not have any outstanding payment in account & my card permanently closed. hence not require making any payment toward account.so i was so happy and i thought that issues were resolved.

After few months again collection agency started calling with threatening me to make payment otherwise you will get continue call/sms/mail till recovery amount of Rs.10, 000 which i got shocked and again called to RBL customer care highlighting the modal officer reply mail but no proper response and i got continuously threatening call from recovery agency.

Then decided to complaint to apex body of RBL bank and same they understood my issue and given reply mail that complaint was resolved and not required to make any payment. It was already clearly mentioned that there is no payable outstanding on my card no 91 and Reserve Bank of India the Banking Ombudsman stated that "As the grievance raised by the complainant has been
resolved by the bank or the concerned subsidiary of a bank with the intervention of the Banking Ombudsman, accordingly your complaint was closed under Clause 11(3) (a) of BOS-2006 as ‘settled by the
bank’" (RBL Order Mail Copy attached).

Hereafter, i received call from RBL bank staff said that you have complaint to RBL bank.so, we will spoil your CIBIL score and reputation in the market in rude way this made me true face of the RBL bank. they have not obeyed the Apex body order/nodal officer instruction and who will control such unethical behavior of RBL company. I took challenges that you do whatever but i am not going to make my hard-earned money to RBL.

Till date they are torturing and brought my CIBIL score down and keep on calling me/sms/email, even though i written several emails to RBL senior management but no response and control over their staffs.

After Apex direction they are not obey and they have spoil CIBIL Score and reputation.

I request you please intervention and resolve issue by taking necessary action against rowdy type behavior of RBL Authority and remove Negative CIBIL and get the suitable compensation from RBL who mentally harassed me from last 2 years.
