On my RBL Credit card ending with 0281 got unauthorized transaction as on 26th April, 2022. On the same day without any delay, i called customer care and report this unauthorized transaction as well as launched a cyber crime complaint same day. Cyber Crime complaint details Acknowledgement No.[protected]. As on 13th May. I got email from RBL saying that they have closed this case considering legitimate transaction.
With other bank, as per RBI guideline most of the time I got my transaction reverse same day as I reported within stipulated time given by RBI. Instead of reversing transaction, RBL bank is claiming this is legitimate transaction.
