I had raised a request to close my card on 25th September 2021, they asked me to clear the outstanding to colse the card so i paid all the outstanding immediately, after 1 year they are saying that only the card has been closed and not the emi, i wanted to close the entire account, why will i only close the card, it can be done through application as well. Now they are asking me to pay another 9000 to close the card Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 29, 2022 Updated by Mani780 They even sent a mail that i have an excess amount in the card and asked me to send my account number 5o credit it back
