RBL Bank — Unwanted collection harassment

Hi team
Thi is justin. Past 1.5years onwards using rbl creditcard ([protected]).
Last 3 months payment not making payment. Reason financial
Crises. So i ask time till july.. But rbl collection manager haja hussain and collection agency person
Mr, arokia raj. They torture and threatning me and harresing with my family. I inform i no need reversal
I will make the full payment july onwards. But they not listning my words n threatning me.. This issues
Continoues i will directly go to commsioner office n complaint aganist this issue.. I am not hide my places
I am visible and not change for my office,, so they people doing mind tortue and blackmailing.. So pls check
And necessary action against this people

They are directly visit 12 may my office... Again explain my situation but they are not listining my words and

They are raise complaint.. I need time till july... I am ready to make d payment entaire outstanding but they
Pressure and try to collect this month. They same problem to happen i dont have other option. And praveeen said
Dont have amt just begging and do the payment. This is not a collection procedure. Again praveen acting one of gundaas.
O pls pls take necessary action against this collection agency and rbl collecton managers...
