RBL Bank — worst customer service

This complaint is regarding my rbl credit card. I clearly refused to take the card protection on credit card worth 1000/- but after a month rbl team activated card protection plan when i asked customer service team they said we can`t do anything. None of the supervisor answerable to me ended up with the call. After 2 days of this incident still i am receiving sms that card protection plan is activated on you card. Worst experience.
